NCR will be presenting its omni-channel technologies at this year’s EuroShop exhibition. Preparations are well underway to showcase the innovative technologies that will deliver a connected customer experience across both retail and hospitality industries.
Taking place in Dusseldorf, 5th – 9th March, EuroShop is Europe’s primary exhibition for the retail industry taking place every three years – with over 2,000 exhibitors and more than 100,000 visitors expected. This year, NCR will be demonstrating a broad range of technology solutions that are improving the customer hospitality experience, from point of sale, through to loyalty, online and offline ordering, mobile ordering devices and much more.
In addition, members of the NCR team will be participating in the omni-channel and EuroCIS forums at the event. Solutions specialist, Faizan Kent, will be presenting on how to develop and execute a transformation strategy in an omni-channel world. Meanwhile, systems engineer, Sarah Reichert, will speak on how the checkout is changing to empower customers.
